"Unfortunately, I had my car vandalized at my condo complex. Needless to say I was distraught. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and that State Farm would cover all the expenses for repairs. We had some issues with the car dealership where my car was sitting waiting for repairs. The dealership had a lack of a sense of urgency, very limited communication, and at times not being honest. Sarah took the bull by the horns. She was on the phone daily making sure the dealership took care of the repairs and communicated with me. She never let up and that made me feel at peace. She listened to me vent. Sarah is a superior agent and puts her clients first always. I am so happy that I have her on my side."
